Clarke (Dalziel & Pascoe) is Geoff Dresner, a safe-breaker
who's gone straight. But when his dopey son in law,
Terry, played by Martin Freeman (The Office), gets
in debt with local loan shark and all round psychopath,
Tony Stokes, he's forced to step out of retirement
for one last job. Meanwhile, Detective Sergeant Ed
Foster (Echo Beacher's Hugo Speer) is the investigating
officer desperate to get a successful arrest. He comes
head to head with Geoff's keen young solicitor, James
Hilden (Hotel Babylon's Lee Williams). |
